Good Training?

This is coolbert:

"Those that have eaten the meat rate it as excellent!"

Here thanks to the New Duranty Times [New York Times] and the Jungle Trader:

This is the sort of thing that raises hackles in some quarters instantaneously!

"Army to Kill 6,000 Kangaroos "

Published: May 8, 2009

"Australia’s army has started shooting 6,000 kangaroos to thin the population on an army training ground near Canberra, the capital, an official said Friday. Conservationists have vowed to protest . . . A slaughter of 400 kangaroos on another Defense Department site in Canberra last year was disrupted by protesters."

A cull, a kill! Indigenous "hoppers" going to be mowed down by the military. Are actually now being mowed down by the military.

NO description of how the killing is being done. Giving the troops some practice at stalking prey, target practice, etc.??

I would have to think that some of the military training facilities in Aussie land are of immense size? Large sparsely populated land with lots of ranges for live-fire, etc. In this instance, give the troops some real training and not merely shooting away at paper targets?

I am going to try to find more on this.

coolbert.
